The Economy and Environment Partnership for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA Partnership) is a federation of six Economy and Environment national organizations or institutes. Each has its own structure and board of directors or advisers. The federation is supported by the EEPSEA Partnership Secretariat based in Ho Chi Minh City and is advised by an Advisory Committee, which consists of senior scholars and policymakers active in environmental management in Asia, on priorities for research and training.

Dr. Pham Khanh Nam |
Pham Khanh Nam is Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Development Economics, University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Nam received his PhD in Economics from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. His areas of research interest are behavioral economics, experimental economics and environmental economics with a particular focus on social dilemmas related to the use of common resources; the role of social preferences in economic decisions; and decisions of economic agents under risk and uncertainty. He has extensive research and coursework experience in environmental economics.
Mr. Le Thanh Nhan |
Research Coordinator 
Le Thanh Nhan received his Master degree in Economics from the University of Missouri. He had eight years of experience in coordinating the Rector office of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh city. He has conducted several research on labor economics. Nhan’s current research interests include climate change economics and sustainable urban development.

Hoa was graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (major in Economics and Finance) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She holds a Master Degree in Development Economics.
